How long will it take to receive my order? A turnaround time of 2-7 working days is needed to prepare your order. Delivery time is approximately 7-14 days depending on your location. Please note that it may take longer for some international deliveries to arrive. During the holiday season, production timelines will be extended.

How do I know when my order is shipped? A confirmation will be sent when your order is shipped.

Wrong Address? Please ensure your address is accurate as we hold no liability for errors made. We incur re-shipment costs if the merchandise is sent back to us.




Can I return an order? We don't accept returns if a customer changes their mind. However, if you have a genuine quality concern, then get in touch. If the merchandise arrives damaged/defective in transit, it may be exchanged on a case-by-case basis. Kindly email us as soon as you receive the damaged merchandise no later than seven days. We are always working hard in maintaining quality control checkpoints throughout the fulfilment process.
